A dash of skepticism.

The truth is out there, and politics is there to hide it, stomp it into oblivion and then rewrap it with a bow that says “That guy sucks, and our guy is the man because the other guy sucks.”

My name is Adam and I’m a fourth-year journalism student at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

I hold no political affiliation because I don’t typically affiliate myself with people who lie like it’s their job, especially when it is.

I believe people in general are skeptical, but they are far too reserved in their reservations. This leads to a trend of tight-lipped inaction, where only the most biased people’s voices are heard. Skepticism promotes accountability — something the United States needs as much as Saudi barrels of black gold.

I try not to take these scoundrels too seriously because, if you step back and take a look at the whole picture, we’re the ones who get them to where they are, so to lash out against them is to wastefully lash out against your peers.

I’d rather point out the hilarities bred from their inane campaigns.
